Scripture:
“He has made everything beautiful in its time.”
— Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NIV)
Reflection:
In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to grow impatient when things don’t happen the way we hope—or when we feel stuck waiting for answers, breakthroughs, or healing. But God’s timing is not our timing, and His ways are higher than ours.
The Bible reminds us that God is never late—He’s always on time. Whether you’re praying for direction, waiting on a promise, or trying to understand your purpose, know that God is at work behind the scenes. Sometimes delays are divine, meant to shape us, grow our faith, and align our hearts with His will.
Just as a seed must go through a season of hidden growth before it blossoms, so must we trust that God is cultivating something beautiful in us—even when we can’t yet see it.
Today’s Encouragement:
Take a deep breath. Be still in the presence of the Lord. Release the urge to control the outcome and surrender the timeline to Him. Choose faith over frustration.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to trust in Your perfect timing. When I grow weary of waiting, remind me that You are always at work for my good. Teach me to walk by faith and not by sight. Let my heart be at peace, knowing that You are in control. Amen.
Challenge for Today:
Write down one area of your life where you’re waiting for God to move. Instead of worrying, thank Him in advance for what He is doing—even in the waiting.
